For decades, Coca-Cola has been part of Mexican culture, not just becoming one of the country’s favorite drinks, but also coloring every neighborhood with its iconic red awnings. These pieces of fabric have witnessed life, day and night, fading in color but strengthening the love for the brand.

As part of its commitment to the small businesses that helped make the brand so big, Coca-Cola set out to renew the aging awnings. But instead of simply throwing the old ones away, we chose to celebrate them and the owners who kept them alive for so many years.
